Flowers and Leaves
This class will focus on creating natural forms in steel. The primary project will be the 5-piece steel rose with stems and leaves forged from bar stock. Craft a beautiful rose that will last forever and never needs watering. Students will be able to experiment with other styles of flowers and leaves as time permits. We will explore textures, tooling, and techniques. All materials are provided. Students should have basic metalworking knowledge with BS 101 or equivalent experience. Class time 9am-5pm each day.
